A Florida man was arrested after neighbors say they saw him walking around completely naked performing a lewd act.
Deputies in Charlotte County arrested 58-year-old Gene Spencer at his home on Monday.
His neighbor Gary Wambold says, "Wearing nothing. Well, he had a hat." Wambold was out taking his dog for a walk when he says he happened upon Spencer.
"The gentleman next door was sitting in a lawn chair on his back patio just completely naked,” he said. “I told my wife ‘Don’t go back there, you don’t want to see that."
Apparently Spencer was also masturbating while people walked by and drove by.
To make matters even worse, his arrest report says that Spencer was doing the same thing the day prior, too.
