A looter thought he was about to get away with four new pairs of shoes during the protests but didn't realize there would be police officers waiting outside for him. He drops the goods like a cartoon character and takes off. The officers approach the broken window of the VANS store and catch another person trying to leave with stolen goods and swat them out of her hands.
