Police in Naples, Florida responded to a call after being told that a man was exposing himself and playing with his genitals outside of a condominium.
The police report says a woman living at the condo went to enjoy a cup of coffee on her back porch, which overlooks a pool and pool deck. She says she saw a man, later identified by police as 39-year old Jousua Echezarreta, standing by the pool wearing a red sweater but no pants or underwear and that his "penis and buttock were completely exposed."
The victim says that the man looked at her and said "This is what you do to me" and walked over to a lounge chair, laid down on it and said to her, "This is where you sit." Echezarreta then lifted his legs and began playing with his penis and masturbating.
The woman says although she had never remembered seeing the man before, he used a chair that she like to use while going to the pool and one she used earlier that day and felt as if Echezarreta had been watching her.
He was arrested and charged with exposing sexual organs, loitering or prowling, resisting officer without violence, and simple stalking.
