We'll be spotlighting one of the biggest local breweries for the rest of the week.

All of Flying Dogs Pale Ales!

We'll try a brand new one from them later this week but we start...at the beginning.

Smell-Crisp with a faint smell of hops.

Taste-Crisp on the lips. Grassy.

Mouth-Hops but nothing overpowering. A LITTLE bit of malt. Crisp, clean finish.

Drinkability-I love Pale Ales and I love Flying Dog...so...duh.

Let's hang at Flying Dog's Gonzofest, shall we?

About Flying Dog Brewery:
From a brewpub in Aspen, Colorado to a full-fledged Denver brewery, and then to a state-of-the-art brewing facility in Frederick, Maryland, Flying Dog stands for not only extraordinary beer, but also for standing tall, doing great things, and not letting anyone make you eat shit. We produce world-class craft beers and continue to push the envelope with experimental brews and limited-edition one-offs. Most importantly, we have a lot of fun doing it. And we never take ourselves too seriously.

Tasting Notes:
Year round release. Grassy, citrus and slight perfume hop aromas with subtlety sweet malt body. This is the alpha of the Flying Dog Pack. 5.5% ABV.

Food Pairing:
Doggie Style compliments a wide range of food. Burgers, cheddar cheese, barbeque, thai, mexican.
