SYNERGY!
Smell-Spicy.
Taste-Equally spicy. Not at all overpowering though.
Mouth-Spice is front and center. During the swirl, the spice fades, which makes for a clean, refreshing finish.
Drinkablity-Light and spicy and very drinkable. Nice work Baying Hound. They just tapped this at their brewery btw. Like today. Go have some. Click here to learn more about Baying Hound.

About Baying Hound Aleworks:
Baying Hound Aleworks is the brainchild of native Washingtonian Paul Rinehart, who comes from a long line of chemists, brewers, and bootleggers. His maternal grandfather was on the board of directors of Carlsberg in Denmark and his great-grandfather on his father's side made moonshine during the 1920s. Fascinated with beer at an early age, he began his brewing career in his parents' kitchen. Located at 1108 Taft Street in Rockville, MD. Visit their website for info on tours and where you can purchase their beer.
Tasting Notes:
"Rockville" is our take on the Kölsch style golden ale, brewed at warmer temperatures and cold lagered. This style is a specialty of Cologne, Germany, but we're not in Cologne. Perfect for the warmer months. Refreshing, with a little more hop kick than our German counter part. 5.5%ABV
Food Pairing:
Lighter foods like chicken, salads, salmon. Also pairs well with bratwurst and monterey jack cheese.
