Why are people up in arms about Gregg Williams and his bounty initiative for his NFL players? What's the big shock here, that he was getting guys motivated to hit harder and win games for his teams?
I don't have a problem with it at all. If you are in a job, you have bonuses set up for performance. Gregg's bonuses were just based on blasting a guy out of his shoes. What's the issue? Guys go out and play football and crush each other for a living, that's their thing, they know what they are getting involved with, how can getting them to work harder be bad?
Get a normal job if you don't like getting tackled, otherwise, go out there and watch out for those middle linebackers!
