1. Don't be a jerk on the phone.
2. You must know the name of the song and who it's by or be prepared to sing it.
3. No Skynyrd.
4. Thursday Night is Ladies Night. No wang allowed.
5. I have the final say over all song choices.
This went under the radar with all of the events on Monday but I foudn it and wanted to bring it to your attention.
Fall Out Boy didn't hesitate to step up to the plate and show their support for the victims in the Boston Bombings. They have decided that all the money from their upcoming show in the fall would go to help those hurt in the attack on Monday. They posted this at falloutboy.com
"As you guys all know we've been beyond excited for today to come and normally this would be a day of celebration with the release of our new album. In light of the events in Boston yesterday we'd like to send our thoughts and prayers to the victims and everyone affected. We'll be donating the proceeds from our upcoming Boston show from the fall tour at Tsongas Arena to the victims. Hopefully these songs will make some people feel better today. We are Americans, this affects us all."
That's huge of them to do. I can't stress this enough, how proud I am that people are pulling together and doing anything they can to help. Everything, no matter how small or how big, will make us stronger and help get through this awful time.
