So this is how we are going to be judged? The Residential Energy Consumption Survey looked at how many televisions each American household owns versus their income to see if there is any truth to the statement that being wealthy means you have more televisions.
What year is this?! It's not like televisions are expensive, almost everyone can afford a flat screen of some kind. I don't think that should be a measure of wealth. How about if you can afford to pay your mortgage? Can you have food on the table every night? What about clothes on your childrens' backs?
And who is behind the Residential Energy Consumption Survey anyway? We would all have a bit more to spend on things we want if our tax dollars weren't going to these idiots and their meaningless surveys anyway.
