Here’s an amazing fact – one in every 20 million men is born without a penis!
Unfortunately, 39-year-old Andrew Wardle is one of them.
But things might be looking up for Andrew, as he is about to undergo a ground-breaking surgery that will take a roll of skin from his forearm and graft it to his pelvis to create the male organ he has desperately tried not to obsess over for his entire life.
“I’ve been told that after a year, and three operations, they will be able to build one that will work in the same way as any other man’s,” Wardle said. “If it’s a success, I can finally start living like a normal man. Things like having sex and starting a family, something which so many people take for granted, could actually become a possibility.”
So, if you’re ever feeling like you’ve got problems, remember Andrew Wardle. He’s living proof that things could be far, far worse.
Despite his lack of penis, Mr Wardle has still been a hit with the ladies, claiming to have slept with more than 100.
'Some were one-night stands, some long-term relationships. I’ve told 20 per cent of them the truth,' he said.
'The fact I didn’t just want to get my leg over made me more attractive to women. I had charm and patter because it wasn’t all about sex.'
