The Nickelodeon star was arrested Thursday night after she threw a bong out of a Midtown apartment window.  Cops were called to the location after hotel staff across the street saw a woman smoking a strange substance.  When they arrived, they witnessed Bynes toss the bong.

She was taken in on a charge of reckless endangerment and is held being held over for a psych evaluation.  This latest incident comes on the heels of Bynes attempting to use Google as identification for a private flight and I can’t believe I just wrote that.  

Does anyone remember when Amanda Bynes looked like this?

A Maryland man who ran out of gas on an interstate decided to beat the boredom by setting up his drum kit to play at the side of the road.

Cops spotted the man, who had pulled his entire kit out of the back of his vehicle to stage an impromptu concert on the shoulder of I-695.  After a round of questioning, they determined he hadn't broken any laws and called a highway administration truck to refill his tank.
