Where is the DC101 Chili Cook-Off located and how do I get to there?
The DC101 Chili Cook-Off will be at the RFK Stadium Grounds in Lot 7 of RFK Stadium. RFK is located at 2400 East Capitol Street Washington, DC 20003. For a map click here.
Does the admission at the door include Chili?
Admission doesn't include Chili but there will be a variety of chili options for sale along with other food and drink that would be available at any other rock concert.
I'm not a huge Chili fan. Will there be other things to eat?
There will be lots of different food vendors selling food other than chili on the festival site.
Are there backstage passes for sale?
There are no "back stage passes" for this event.
Where should I park?
Parking will be available in RFK Stadium Lots 1, 2, 3 and 8 for a fee to be determined by RFK Stadium. Parking is controlled by RFK Stadium.
I am very interested in attending the concert but was curious about the availability of tickets. I'd really rather pay cash the day of the event and wanted to know if this is the type of event with a limited number of tickets or if there will be tickets at the gate.
There will be tickets available at the gate if the event hasn't SOLD OUT.
Are cameras allowed at the event?
Professional cameras with detachable lenses are not allowed. Only point and shoot or disposable cameras are allowed. Please see our list of prohibited items by clicking here.
What if it rains?
The event is rain or shine.
Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit but due to the nature of the event we don't recommend bringing children under the age of 16.
Does everyone, including my children need tickets?
Yes, everyone must have a ticket, regardless of age to enter the concert.
Can I leave the concert site and return later?
There is no re-entry once you have entered the site.
