Did you have a jerk teacher that humiliated you as a child?  Or was there another kid that did?  It's easy to remember when you watch this video.  Now, I don't speak Russian but it's pretty obvious that this teacher is being a dickbag.  So the little girl does what she thinks is right.  And violence is not the answer...but this guy probably needed to get kicked in the nads.
