Dog the Bounty Hunter is hot on the trail of missing Brian Laundrie, and claims to have a lead on his whereabouts.
Duane Chapman, aka Dog, says he got a tip that Laundrie and his parents went camping together at the Fort De Soto Park in Pinellas County early in September.
Dog says he has intel that they took trips on September 1-3 and September 6-8. But he claims that on the second trip, three people went into the park and only two left the park.
"They were registered, went through the gate. They're on camera. They were here," he says.
TMZ says Dog and his wife apparently found a "fresh" campsite in the woods of Florida. He says he informed the authorities of the discovery and thinks there's a link to the Laundries.
On Monday, the Laundrie family lawyer issued a statement denying any knowledge of Laundrie's parents and Brian's disapperance.
"The speculation by the public and some in the press that the parents assisted Brian in leaving the family home or in avoiding arrest on a warrant that was issued after Brian had already been missing for several days is just wrong," the statement read.
Dog says he plans to catch Laundrie before his 24th birthday, on November 18. He says since he has gotten involved, over 1,000 leads have been submitted to his hotline.
"I would say in 48 hours we probably will have a location where we start tracking at," Dog told "Fox and Friends" on Monday.
