The Real Reason Baby Carrots Are Always So Wet

I was devastated to learn baby carrots are just regular ass carrots that have been cut down...but why are they always so wet? Finally some answers

In short, the machine that cuts the carrots down uses water to whittle them down. And apparently, a little water is even added to the bag to intentionally keep them moist (sorry).
