Suspect Leads Police on High Speed Chase, Stops for Gas Mid-Pursuit

A motorcyclist lead police on a high speed chase in Los Angeles Monday afternoon after an attempt was made to pull him over for not having any tags on his bike.

The pursuit reportedly started at around 11:30am in Baldwin Park, then moved to the West Covina area before the motorcyclist got on the 10, 605 and 210 highways.

At one point, the suspect stopped at a 76 gas station to refuel. It appears he coerced two individuals filling up a silver sedan to hand over the pump.

At around one hour into the pursuit, the suspect entered a parking garage in Pasadena. Police surrounded the area and were able to take the suspect into custody.
