A Florida attorney has been disbarred after it was discovered that he had filmed at least one pornographic film with at least one female inmate.

Andrew Spark was disbarred on January 21 and he had already been suspended for convictions for solicitation of prostitution and bringing contraband into county detention facilities, according to The Miami Herald.

A press release from The Florida Bar claims Spark solicited sex inside attorney-client visitation rooms at two separate facilities in Florida, and had "abused his privilege to practice law."

The press release also says, "Spark video recorded these encounters with the goal of creating an adult pornographic film for his own prurient and/or financial interest."

A report on Law&Crime adds that Spark drew up a modeling contract for inmates that stated they would not be allowed to reveal his identity. He allegedly paid one woman $10 after he filmed her giving him oral sex at the Falkenburg Road Jail in Tampa, FL.
