You can pick-up prizes Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 5:00pm. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (listed below). Prize pick-up is also often not open the afternoon prior to a holiday. Feel free to call us if you have questions! Make sure and bring a photo id with you when you come to collect your prize.

You may have someone else pick up your prize as long as:

• The person has a photo copy of your drivers license
• You email Claire Burgos regarding the change
• If your prize is valued at $100 or more the person picking up your prize must also have a W9 form filled out by you (the winner) along with a photo copy of your ID in order to pick up the prize
• If you are unsure of the value of your prize you can email Claire Burgos. If the person picking up your prize does not have a copy of your (the winners) photo ID and W9 (if necessary), Clear Channel may not release the prize.

Prizes cannot be mailed.

Tickets will not be left at will-call unless you are specifically told they will be left there under your name.

All non-concert ticket prizes expire 30 days after the date they were won. For example: If you win on January 1st, your prize is expired and forfeited if it has not been picked up by January 31st. Expired prizes may be given away again to another winner. Concert ticket winners have through the day of the show to claim their prize or the Friday before if a concert is on a weekend.

You will be taxed on your prize only if:

• Your prize is valued at $600 or more
• The value of all prizes won in a calendar year meets or exceeds $600
